IL CONSULTANT SERVICES is a division of the Center for Independent Living of Central Pennsylvania, Inc. (CILCP).
 
It is the Vision of IL Consultant Services to become a leading consultant organization providing innovative and affordable technical assistance to consumer controlled and grassroot coalitions utilizing nationally recognized experts in independent living and non profit management.

It is the Mission of IL Consultant Services to increase the abilities of consumer controlled and grassroot coalitions to better effect positive change within their local communities by providing innovative and affordable consultation and technical assistance.

IL Consultant Services is composed of a team of experts with and without disabilities in the independent movement field and the human service field.

IL Consultant Services can help organizations develop and implement customized strategies for:
