	Theotis W. Braddy CILCP Executive Director Email: TheoBraddy@cilcp.org Theo Braddy is the visionary behind IL Consultants and leads the Primary Team. Theo graduated from Temple University with a Masters degree in Social Work in 1988. He also attended Edinboro University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work in 1986.
	Janetta W. Green, MBA CILCP Director of Operations Email: JGreen@cilcp.org Janetta Green is a dynamic member the Primary Team of IL Consultants. Janetta has been involved with independent living for 19 years and with the CILCP for the past 14 years. She has worked in a variety of positions within independent living including receptionist, Independent Living Specialist, Program Manager, and has been in her current position as Assistant Director since 1991. She holds a Bachelors of Social Work degree from Alderson-Broaddus College in Philippi, WV and a Masters in Business Administration with emphasis on Organizational Management from Eastern University in St. Davids, PA. Ms. Green is also a certified Accessibility Inspector/Plans Examiner through the International Code Council.
	John Tassone IL Consultant Services Coordinator  Email: JTassone@cilcp.org As part of the Primary Team of IL Consultants, John Tassone function as the Lead Coordinator. John has been involved with independent living for about 13 years. He has worked in a variety of positions within the independent living movement; including Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator, Civil Right Specialist, Program Manager, and the Director of Independent Living.
	Lynn Stewart Director of Dauphin County LHOT Program Email: LHOT@cilcp.org Lynn Stewart comes to the IL Consultants as the LHOT Director (Local Housing Options Team). She has been addressing housing issues with the LHOT since April 2003. Along with her duties as LHOT Director she also sits on the Board of Directors of the Self-Determination Housing Project (SDHP). Lynn is also the agency representative for the SDHP and the Housing Alliance of PA. She is an active member of the Coalition against Chronic Homelessness and the State Housing Specialist group. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Administration of Justice and Counseling from Penn State University, University Park Pa. and an Associates of Letters, Arts and Sciences from Penn State University, York PA.
