The Director of the Waiver Services Department is Ann H. Neimer.  Waiver Services provides persons with disabilities support services to live independently in their homes and communities. These Medicaid-funded services (waivers) are referred to as Home and Community Based Services and are financed by a combination of state and federal funds. Each Waiver has its own set of services which might include: home health care, transportation, case management; home modifications and assistive devices.
