Q. What is a Regional Housing Coordinator (RHC)? A. The goal of the Regional Housing Coordinator program is to improve or create housing choice for people regardless of age or disability by improving communication and information flow between the affordable housing community and service providers. The RHC program is a collaborative effort between Department of Public Welfare /PA Department of Aging 's Office of Long-term Living, Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency and the Self Determination Housing Project. Regional Housing Coordinators (RHCs) are individuals who provide trainings and facilitate the communication between the housing community and services providers. There are ten RHC's in Pennsylvania.
