Get Off The Couch Walking Club

This is an opportunity to socialize and get your exercise in at the same time. You must sign up to become a member and participate. The Walkers are TCAB clients, board members, support group members and employees that exercise all over Harrisburg. In the cold winter months we swim at the YMCA.
