Harrisburg Mayor Stephen R. Reed welcomes CILCP Executive Director Theotis Braddy and thanks him for his organization's assistance with the accessibility design guidelines manual.   Vern McKissick, AIA, principal architect McKissick Associates and member of the Harrisburg City Planning Commission, explained the value of Harrisburg's new accessibility design guidelines from the architect's point of view.   Harrisburg residents and business leaders filled the atrium of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. City Government Center on July 25, 2005 for the unveiling of the city's new accessibility design guidelines manual.   Pam Auer, Lynnette Foreman and Vini Portzline, local advocates for people with disabilities, addressed the media during the July 25, 2005 press conference.
