Local Housing Option Team Project

The Local Housing Option Team (LHOT) project is a group of service providers, housing representatives, builders and realtors. We have formed the group to create more housing options for people with disabilities in Dauphin County. The LHOT Project provides information regarding housing options, Section 8, public housing, home ownership and funding for housing. Below are some of the ways the LHOT can help you:

• If you are a realtor or builder with accessible units or have Section 8 units to be rented.
• If you are a person with a disability with housing issues and needs in Dauphin County.
• If you are, a provider with consumers with special housing needs in Dauphin County.
• If you are a developer or builder interested in ADA standards for housing.
