Resource Center for Disability Advocates
The Resource Center for Disability Advocates offers free
overview workshops or specific advocacy trainings pertinent
to your needs. Consultants are available to train individual
community groups and organizations who are interested in
taking action and making a difference. Specific advocacy

Obtain
Assistance Through the Resource Center
Through a grant from the PA Developmental Disabilities
Council, we provide training, technical assistance and
consulting to individual community groups and organizations
in order to help them achieve their missions. Our expert
guidance is designed to support all levels of advocates from
organizations that have been serving people with
disabilities for many years to individuals that want to make
a difference but aren't sure how to get started.

Whether you're trying to get started or want to learn how to
make your voice be heard, The Resource Center for Disability
Advocates conducts overview workshops across the state of
Pennsylvania that will educate you in the basic areas of
advocacy. A top expert in the field of advocacy will provide
