Equipment Loaner Program

The Independent Living Program loans adaptive equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, adaptive cooking/eating utensils, etc) to a consumer for a one-month trial period. This service permits trial use of equipment prior to purchase to ensure its suitability for use by the consumer.

Eligibility: Must be person with a disability and live within the six-county area, which includes Cumberland, Dauphin, Mifflin, Perry, and Juniata.
