We just added (14) new counties and they are as follows: Bucks, Columbia, Fayette, Juniata, Mifflin, Northumberland, Perry, Venango, Chester, Franklin, Lebanon, Lehigh, Nothampton, Montgomery, for a total of (49) counties of (65) rural eligible countie. .
